Terms and Conditions - Fairbet7 Exchange Betting

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fairbet7 website, app, and services. By creating a Fairbet7 exchange ID or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fairbet7. You must be a resident of India. When you register for your cricket betting ID, you agree to provide accurate, complete information. False information can result in account suspension.

Your Fairbet7 exchange ID is personal. You can't share it, sell it, or let someone else use it. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including all bets and transactions.

2. Account Verification (KYC)

To use our online cricket ID services and place bets, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This includes submitting valid identification (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address.

Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Until verified, you can't deposit money or place bets. We reserve the right to reject applications that don't meet our standards or appear fraudulent.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: Minimum deposit is ₹500. Maximum depends on your verification level and account history. We accept bank transfers, Google Pay, Paytm, and PhonePe.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals process within 24 hours on business days. Weekend and holiday withdrawals may take longer. Minimum withdrawal is ₹200. All withdrawals go to the bank account registered under your name-no exceptions.

We charge no withdrawal fees. Any bank charges are your responsibility.

4. Betting and Odds

All odds are calculated in real-time by our system. Once you place a bet, those odds are locked. Changes to odds after placement don't affect your bet.

On Fairbet7, you're betting against other users, not against the house. Odds reflect real market demand. We take a small commission on winning bets-this is disclosed before you place any bet.

5. Bet Settlement

Bets settle according to official results from the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, IPL for T20 matches, etc.). Settling happens automatically within 1-2 hours of match completion.

If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are refunded. If a match is postponed, your bets remain active and settle on the rescheduled date.

Disputed bets are reviewed by our team. We investigate using official sources and match records. Our decision on settlement is final.

6. Responsible Gaming

Fairbet7 provides tools to help you bet responsibly. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. You can take a cooling-off period where you can't access your account. You can self-exclude if betting is becoming a problem.

Betting should be entertainment. If it becomes a source of stress or financial harm, use these tools or contact us for help.

7. Prohibited Activities

You can't use Fairbet7 to:

• Launder money or facilitate illegal activity
• Manipulate odds or engage in fraud
• Use automated software to place bets
• Access the platform from countries where it's restricted
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits or promotions
• Share your login credentials

Violations result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

8. Fairbet7 Exchange ID and App Usage

Your Fairbet7 exchange ID grants you access to all services: betting, casino, live betting, etc. The ID is non-transferable. If your account is suspended, so is your ID.

The app and website may go offline for maintenance. We'll notify you when possible, but we're not liable for losses resulting from brief downtime.

9. Liability and Disputes

Fairbet7 is not liable for:

• Losses from unsuccessful bets
• Delays in withdrawals caused by your bank
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Decisions made while you were under the influence
• Matches affected by unforeseen circumstances (weather, player injury, etc.)

If you have a dispute, contact our customer care team within 7 days of the incident. We'll investigate and respond within 48 hours.

10. Termination

We can terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, we'll return your wallet balance after deducting any pending obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

Fairbet7 may update these Terms. Changes take effect immediately. Continued use means acceptance.

12. Legal Compliance

You're responsible for knowing the betting laws in your jurisdiction. Fairbet7 operates within Indian law. Users outside India use the platform at their own legal risk.
